Can I extend my stay month to month?
Yes. Extensions are subject to unit availability and advance confirmation. We recommend securing extension requests as early as possible, especially during high season periods.
For peak season stays, extension confirmation is required at least 21 days before the current contract ends.
Please note that all payments are required in advance to secure the extension booking.
Is free parking available?
Yes, onsite parking is available for residents and guests staying at Secana Beachtown.
Are pets allowed?
Small pets up to 8 kg are allowed in villa units only. Pets are not permitted in shared public areas including the rooftop pool, gardens, lobby, pathways, SAYA Club, Secana Rooftop, and Beachtown Grocer.
Additional pet-related charges apply:
- IDR 1,000,000 per month for standard cleaning
- IDR 2,500,000 upon check-out for deep cleaning & sterilization
All pets must be well-behaved, vaccinated, and free from parasites or diseases. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by pets during the stay.
