SAYA GYM
GYM & FITNESS CENTER
KEEP YOUR ROUTINE.GYM, CLASSES AND RECOVERY, ALL ON SITE.
The gym runs across two full floors, air-conditioned throughout, with dedicated zones for cardio and functional work, strength training, and mobility.
It feels boutique, but there’s real volume behind it: enough equipment and space that you’re not waiting on a machine or working around a crowd.
And it’s right here, so your routine doesn’t have to stop while you’re away.
If you’d rather not plan your own session, join a class. Boxing, Muay Thai, mobility and yoga run through the week in our studio, led by our own coaches. Drop in for one, or build a few into your stay.
Whether it’s a quick session before the beach, a class, or your full programme, there’s a space for it.
Opening Time
Functional Training Area
Built for movement, not isolated reps. Traditional gym training tends to work one muscle at a time — this space trains you through natural movement patterns instead: pushing, pulling, twisting, and carrying that build strength, balance, coordination, mobility, and endurance together.
A functional training rig anchors the space, with kettlebells, cardio machines, Olympic barbells and plates, and medicine balls close by, plus room to run agility drills when footwork is the focus.
Strength Zone
A complete setup for progressive resistance training — consistent, measurable overload that builds strength, develops muscle, and adds up to real physical transformation over time. Equipment spans two full floors: a free weight area, squat rack, Smith machine, pin-loaded machines, and cable training station, split across both levels so there’s always a station open. Whether you’re learning proper form for the first time or chasing a new number, there’s a setup built for where you are.
Saya Limitless
More than a studio — a flexible space built to hold very different kinds of training under one roof, all of it here to help you build fitness and connect through movement. On any given day it might be a mobility or yoga class working through slow, controlled movement, or a Muay Thai session working the opposite end of the spectrum.
It’s also where Saya’s group classes happen — check the schedule for what’s on.
Fitness Classes
Our coaches run small-group classes in two studios on site, mornings and evenings. Book one between beach days, or plan a few into your stay.
On the reformer, you can pick a full-body flow, a lower-body and core session, a strength class, or a slower class for stretching and mobility. Mat Pilates works your whole body without the machine, at a steady pace or as HIIT. For yoga, choose all-levels Hatha or a faster Vinyasa flow. Muay Thai and boxing train technique and pad work, with separate sessions for beginners and experienced fighters. Kids aged 6 to 13 get their own Muay Thai classes in two age groups.
Each class runs 50 minutes. If you’re new, start with Fundamentals on the reformer or a beginner Muay Thai or boxing class.
